Lou Neglia's "Proving Grounds" Amateur MMA Show to Feature Some Scary Dudes

Promoter Lou Neglia's "Proving Grounds" amateur MMA show returns on January 24th, this time at Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey, and the event will feature some scary dudes from some scary camps. According to the preliminary card, Team Serra/Longo will be well-represented, as will Jorge "Macaco" Patino's Gold Team Fighters, Pitts Penn and Alex Wilkie's boys Wilkie's Warriors.
